Directions
- To make marinade, combine cumin, garlic salt, maple syrup, lime juice and olive oil in a gallon-size resealable plastic bag. Add pork and massage marinade into pork. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours.
- Heat large, non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops to skillet; discard marinade. Cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving with mango black bean salsa.
