¼ c. Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese | ||
¾ tsp. Hy-Vee lemon pepper | ||
1 lbs. cod fillet | ||
1 c. buttermilk |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a medium bowl, combine crushed pretzels, cheese and lemon pepper.
- Dip cod fillet into buttermilk; drain off excess buttermilk. Place fillet on a greased baking sheet. Press pretzel mixture evenly over top of fillet.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
