Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee orange marmalade | ||
¼ c. rice vinegar | ||
2 tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce | ||
¼ c. chopped fresh chives, divided |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Season fish with salt and black pepper. Place in greased baking dish.
- In a small saucepan, combine marmalade, vinegar and soy sauce. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Simmer 4 to 5 minutes or until thickened. Spoon evenly over each cod fillet.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Top with chives before serving.
