    Vegetable cooking spray
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
    1 (10.75 oz) can Campbell's Healthy Request condensed cream of chicken soup
    2 tbsp. water
    1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
    1 tbsp. lemon juice
    ½ tsp. paprika
    ¼ c. chopped green or red pepper
    4 lemon slices

    Directions

    1. Spray a 10-inch nonstick skillet with the cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat for 1 minute. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until well-browned on both sides. Remove the chicken from the skillet.
    2. Stir the soup, water, parsley, lemon juice, paprika and peppers in the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the chicken to the skillet. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through. Top the chicken with the lemon slices.
