½ (10 oz) pkg Hy-Vee frozen spinach, thawed and drained | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded Colby Jack cheese, divided | ||
Hy-Vee 100% whole wheat toast and cantaloupe, for serving |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 12-cup muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray.
- Scramble eggs and add ham and spinach. Pour into prepared muffin tin. Top with cheese.
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve with Hy-Vee 100% whole wheat toast and cantaloupe, if desired.
