1 tbsp. olive oil | ||
1 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces | ||
2 tbsp. Mrs. Dash minced onion medley seasoning blend, divided | ||
1 (12 oz) pkg frozen stir-fry vegetables | ||
½ c. low-sodium chicken broth | ||
2 tsp. low-sodium soy sauce | ||
2 tsp. cornstarch | ||
2 tsp. sesame oil | ||
2 c. hot, cooked brown rice |
Directions
- Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet.
- Add chicken and 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash™ seasoning. Cook over medium heat until chicken is tender and no longer pink in the center, about 4 minutes. Stir often.
- Add frozen vegetables. Cover and heat over medium-high heat until vegetables are heated, about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine chicken broth, 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash seasoning, soy sauce, cornstarch and sesame oil. Add to pan and stir well until sauce thickens, about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice.
