4 (4 oz each) lean boneless pork chops | ||
2 c. red grapes, halved | ||
¼ c. dry sherry | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee packed brown sugar |
Directions
- Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook onions, thyme and garlic, stirring frequently, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add pork chops to the pan and cook 6 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Remove pork chops from pan, place on a plate and cover with foil to keep warm.
- Increase heat to medium-high and add grapes, sherry and brown sugar to the skillet. Cook, stirring frequently, until grapes are softened, about 5 minutes. Return pork chops and any accumulated juices to the skillet and heat through. Serve pork chops with sauce.
