¾ c. Hy-Vee barbecue sauce | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee sour cream | ||
1 lbs. Hormel 1-1/4-inch thick-cut pork loin chops, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces | ||
1 large green pepper, seeded, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces | ||
1 large onion, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces | ||
2 medium yellow zucchini squash, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces |
Directions
- Stir together barbecue sauce and sour cream. Add pork chops. Pour into a large resealable plastic bag. Seal. Marinate in refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight, turning once.
- Thread kabob skewers with pork, bell pepper, onion and squash pieces. Repeat once, ending with pork. Discard any remaining sauce
- Place kabobs on grill over medium heat.
- Cook 4 to 5 minutes. Turn. Cook an additional 3 minutes or until desired doneness.
