¼ lbs. cooked pork tenderloin, shredded | ||
½ c. sliced fresh mushrooms | ||

¼ c. diced sweet yellow onion | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place crust on baking sheet.
- Spread barbecue sauce evenly over crust. Top with pork, mushrooms, green bell pepper, onion and cheese.
- Bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
