    1 lime, peel grated, juiced
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee honey
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee canola oil
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee steak sauce
    1 (1 pound) pkg chicken tenderloins
    1 green onion, chopped

    Directions

    1. In a medium bowl combine 2 tablespoons lime juice, 1 teaspoon lime peel, honey, oil and steak sauce. Add chicken; toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 6 hours.
    2. Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Thread chicken onto skewers.* Place skewers on grill. Grill, covered, 3 to 5 minutes per side or until instant-read thermometer registers 165°F. Sprinkle with green onion, and serve.
    3. *If using wooden skewers, soak at least 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
