    1 (6 oz) container Hy-Vee light lemon chiffon nonfat yogurt
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    1 c. Hy-Vee whole wheat bread crumbs
    1 lbs. Hy-Vee 100%-natural fresh boneless chicken tender cuts

    Directions

    1. Stir together yogurt and milk in a wide shallow bowl. Place bread crumbs in another wide shallow bowl.
    2. Dip chicken tenders into yogurt mixture; roll in bread crumbs. Place on a large plate; cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Discard remaining yogurt and bread crumbs.
    3. Place tenders on a greased broiler pan. Move oven rack to upper third of the oven. Broil for 5 minutes; turn over and broil an additional 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
