1 (12 oz) pkg Hy-Vee penne pasta | ||
3 tbsp. Hy-Vee vegetable oil | ||
3 c. fresh broccoli florets | ||
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms | ||
1 clove(s) garlic, minced | ||
1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee diced Italian tomatoes, drained | ||
2 (10 oz each) cans Hy-Vee premium breast of chicken, drained | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee pizza cheese |
Directions
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over high heat. Stir in broccoli, mushrooms and garlic. Saute 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- Reduce heat to medium; add tomatoes and chicken to broccoli mixture.
- In a large serving bowl, stir together cooked pasta, cheese and broccoli mixture.
