    5 reduced-carb flour tortillas
    5 tbsp. Hy-Vee light Thousand Island dressing, divided
    1 c. finely shredded Swiss cheese, divided
    2 (2.25 oz each) packages Hy-Vee corned beef lunchmeat, divided
    2 ½ c. Hy-Vee sauerkraut, drained well, divided

    Directions

    1. Spread one side of each tortilla with 1 tablespoon dressing and sprinkle with about 2 tablespoons Swiss cheese.
    2. Top cheese with 3 slices of lunchmeat. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sauerkraut. Top with 1 tablespoons cheese.
    3. Microwave each tortilla for 45 to 60 seconds. Roll up.
