5 tbsp. Hy-Vee light Thousand Island dressing, divided | ||
1 c. finely shredded Swiss cheese, divided | ||
2 (2.25 oz each) packages Hy-Vee corned beef lunchmeat, divided | ||
2 ½ c. Hy-Vee sauerkraut, drained well, divided |
Directions
- Spread one side of each tortilla with 1 tablespoon dressing and sprinkle with about 2 tablespoons Swiss cheese.
- Top cheese with 3 slices of lunchmeat. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sauerkraut. Top with 1 tablespoons cheese.
- Microwave each tortilla for 45 to 60 seconds. Roll up.
