¼ c. chopped celery | ||
2 tbsp. flour | ||
2 c. nonfat milk | ||
1 (1.5 oz) pkg four-cheese sauce mix | ||
1 tbsp. parsley | ||
4 c. peeled, sliced potatoes | ||
1 c. cubed ham | ||
½ c. shredded cheddar cheese |
Directions
- In a large saucepan, melt butter. Sauté onion and celery in butter until tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in flour. Whisk in milk. Bring to a simmer. Whisk in cheese sauce and parsley. Stir in potatoes. Bring to a boil. Stir in ham.
- Pour into a greased 2-quart baking dish. Cover. Bake 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and browned.
