1 lbs. lump crab meat | ||

4 slice(s) Hy-Vee Artisan bread | ||
4 tbsp. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese |
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, mayonnaise and mustard. Add crab meat and stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Divide mixture among 4 slices of bread. Top with Parmesan cheese.
- Broil sandwiches about 3 inches away from heat until cheese is melted and golden, about 1 to 2 minutes.
