2 green onions, thinly sliced | ||
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped | ||
1 tsp. minced peeled fresh ginger | ||
1 c. shredded carrots | ||
½ c. stir-fry sauce | ||
5 large iceberg lettuce leaves | ||
Diced red peppers and sesame seeds, for garnish |

Directions
- Brown ground pork and mushrooms with green onions, garlic and ginger in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain.
- Add carrots and stir-fry sauce. Stir until heated through.
- Let filling cool slightly before spooning about 1/2 cup into each lettuce leaf. Sprinkle with red peppers and sesame seeds, if desired, fold and serve immediately.
