    QuantityIngredientAdd
¼ c. Kraft grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. Just Spices Potato Allrounder seasoning blend
½ c. Gustare Vita olive oil, divided
2 lbs. small russet potatoes, cut in half
Hy-Vee sour cream or desired Hy-Vee sour cream dip, for serving

    Things To Grab

    • Small bowl
    • Spoon
    • 13x9-in. baking dish
    • Fork
    • Metal spatula
    • Serving platter
    • Small serving bowl for sour cream or dip

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stir together Parmesan cheese and Potato Allrounder seasoning in a small bowl; set aside.

    2. Pour ¼ cup olive oil into a 13x9-in. baking dish. Tilt the dish to evenly coat bottom of the dish with the oil. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese evenly on top; do not stir.

    3. Place the potatoes, cut sides down, on the Parmesan cheese; firmly press the potatoes into the oil mixture. Drizzle with remaining ¼ cup olive oil. Sprinkle potatoes with salt, if desired.

    4. Roast potatoes, uncovered, for 35 to 40 minute or until the potatoes are fork-tender and the cheese is dark golden brown. Remove baking dish from the oven; let potatoes stand in baking dish for 5 minutes.

    5. Carefully separate the potatoes with a metal spatula or fork and transfer to a serving platter. Serve with sour cream or desired sour cream dip.
