1 tbsp. Hy-Vee light soy sauce | ||

¼ tsp. cayenne pepper | ||
¼ c. reserved pasta water* | ||
1 (8 oz) package snow peas, washed, trimmed and sliced into thin strips. |
Directions
- Prepare fettuccine according to package directions. *Before draining, reserve 1/4 cup cooking water and set aside.
- Meanwhile, combine peanut butter, milk, soy sauce, garlic and cayenne in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. When sauce is smooth, add reserved cooking liquid and snow peas.
- Add drained pasta to the peanut sauce. Stir well before serving.
