    ¼ c. Hy-Vee pecan pieces
    ½ c. Hy-Vee plain bread crumbs
    4 boneless pork chops
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee honey mustard

    Directions

    1. Place pecans in a food processor and chop for a few seconds. Pecans should be about the consistency of coffee grounds.
    2. Stir together pecans and bread crumbs.
    3. Dip pork chops in honey mustard.
    4. Coat chops with pecan mixture.
    5. Place chops on a greased broiling pan. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes.*
    6. Turn and broil an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
    7. *Due to oven temperature variations, watch carefully to avoid burning bread crumbs.
