¼ c. Hy-Vee pecan pieces | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee plain bread crumbs | ||
4 boneless pork chops | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee honey mustard |
Directions
- Place pecans in a food processor and chop for a few seconds. Pecans should be about the consistency of coffee grounds.
- Stir together pecans and bread crumbs.
- Dip pork chops in honey mustard.
- Coat chops with pecan mixture.
- Place chops on a greased broiling pan. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes.*
- Turn and broil an additional 3 to 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
- *Due to oven temperature variations, watch carefully to avoid burning bread crumbs.
