    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste
    4 (6 oz each) boneless pork loin chops, pounded thinly
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee Italian diced tomatoes, undrained
    2 tsp. Hy-Vee chili powder
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee sugar
    red pepper flakes

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chops with salt and pepper to taste and brown chops on both sides. Remove from skillet and keep warm.
    2. Add onions to skillet and cook, stirring frequently, until very soft and lightly browned, about 6 minutes. Stir in undrained tomatoes, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and red pepper flakes. Bring to a boil.
    3. Return chops to the skillet. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 5 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
