4 boneless pork loin chops | ||
1 ½ c. chunky salsa | ||
1 (4 oz) can diced green chilies | ||
½ tsp. ground cumin | ||
¼ c. grated cheddar cheese |
Directions
- Heat oil in a nonstick pan over medium-heat. Brown chops on one side, about 2 minutes. Turn chops. Stir together salsa, chilies and cumin and add to skillet.
- Lower heat, cover and barely simmer for 6 minutes.
- Uncover. Top each chop with 1 tablespoon cheese.
- Cover and simmer an additional 1 to 2 minutes, until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
