    1 (8.65 oz) sheet puff pastry, thawed
    ¼ c. pesto
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Unfold pastry sheet. Spread with pesto and cheese. Fold the sides of the sheet toward the center so they go halfway to the middle. Fold them again so the 2 folds meet exactly at the middle of the dough. Then fold one half over the other half as though closing a book.
    2. Using a knife or a piece of unflavored dental floss, cut into 14 pieces. Place on baking sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
