    1 (2 oz) pkg Hy-Vee pecan pieces
    2 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee oregano
    1 tbsp. Hy-Vee thyme
    1 tsp. coarse salt
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    4 (4 oz each) lean boneless pork chops

    Directions

    1. Place a wire cooling rack on top of a rimmed baking sheet and set aside.
    2. Pulse pecans, brown sugar, oregano, thyme and salt in a food processor fitted with a metal blade until pecans are finely chopped. Transfer to a small bowl. Add olive oil and stir until well combined. Spread onto pork chops and place pork chops on rack.
    3. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Broil pork chops for 1 minute on each side to brown pecan rub.
