2 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee oregano | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee thyme | ||
1 tsp. coarse salt | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil | ||
4 (4 oz each) lean boneless pork chops |
Directions
- Place a wire cooling rack on top of a rimmed baking sheet and set aside.
- Pulse pecans, brown sugar, oregano, thyme and salt in a food processor fitted with a metal blade until pecans are finely chopped. Transfer to a small bowl. Add olive oil and stir until well combined. Spread onto pork chops and place pork chops on rack.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Broil pork chops for 1 minute on each side to brown pecan rub.
