    ½ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil
    6 tbsp. Hy-Vee soy sauce
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee lemon juice
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee spicy brown mustard
    1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee meat tenderizer
    1 ½ lbs. 100% Natural Angus Reserve boneless sirloin steak, cut into 1-1/2-inch cubes
    1 large onion, cut into 1-1/2-inch cubes
    1 (8 oz) container whole fresh mushrooms
    1 lbs. cherry tomatoes

    Directions

    1. In a large resealable plastic bag, combine oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, black pepper, garlic powder and meat tenderizer. Mix well.
    2. Add sirloin steak to marinade. Seal. Marinate in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight, turning once.
    3. Discard marinade. Thread kabob skewers with steak, onion, mushrooms and tomatoes. Repeat once, ending with steak. Place kabobs on grill over medium heat.
    4. Cook 4 to 5 minutes. Turn. Cook an additional 3 minutes or until desired doneness.
