Strawberry Lemon-Ginger Iced Tea
2 oz. lemon-ginger tea concentrate
2 oz. cold water
1 ½ oz. Minute Maid strawberry aguas frescas
½ oz. Hy-Vee honey
Halved lemon slice, for garnish
Fresh mint, for garnish

  • 4-cup heat-proof glass measuring cup or storage container with lid
  • Tongs
  • Plastic wrap
  • 1 (12-oz.) glass
  • Spoon

  • Small cutting board

Directions

  1. For tea concentrate, bring water to a boil in a tea kettle or a saucepan. Pour water into a 4-cup heat-proof glass measuring cup or storage container; add tea bags. Steep, uncovered, for 7 minutes. Gently squeeze bags with tongs and discard. Loosely cover the concentrate with plastic wrap or container lid and refrigerate until tea concentrate is completely cool. Store in refrigerator up to 5 days.

  2. For each serving, stir together concentrate, cold water, aguas frescas and honey in 1 (12-oz.) glass. Stir until honey is dissolved; add ice. Garnish with lemon slice and mint, if desired.
