2 c. shredded rotisserie chicken | ||
½ c. chopped red bell pepper | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee frozen peas, prepared according to package directions | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee light Italian dressing | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard |
Directions
- Prepare rice according to package directions. Pour into a large bowl. Cool slightly.
- Stir in chicken, red bell pepper and peas.
- In a small bowl, whisk together Italian dressing and mustard. Pour over chicken and rice mixture.
- Cover and chill.
