- Small microwave-safe bowl
Directions
In a medium saucepan, bring butter and brown sugar to a boil over medium heat. Once at a boil, continue to cook without stirring for about 3 minutes. Pour mixture over crackers. Bake for 5 minutes. Immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let sit 1 minute, then gently spread melted chocolate into one layer. Place pan back into the oven for about 3 minutes.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, microwave peanut butter for 15 to 30 seconds or until melted. Pour over the chocolate layer. Place pan in the freezer for one hour to chill.
