2 c. Hy-Vee miniature marshmallows | ||
1 medium banana, peeled and sliced | ||
1 (20 oz) can Hy-Vee pineapple chunks, drained | ||
1 (11 oz) can Hy-Vee mandarin oranges, drained | ||
1 (6 oz) jar Hy-Vee maraschino cherries, drained | ||
1 c. lowfat vanilla yogurt | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee flaked coconut, toasted* |
Directions
- Combine marshmallows, banana, pineapple, oranges, cherries and yogurt in a large bowl. Stir.
- Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes.
- Top with coconut prior to serving.
- *TIP: To toast coconut, place coconut in a thin layer in a baking pan. Toast in oven at 350 degrees for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
