2 c. Rice Chex cereal, crushed to 1 cup | ||
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup | ||
½ c. sour cream | ||
⅛ tsp. ground thyme | ||
12 oz. canned tuna | ||
2 tbsp. chopped ripe olives | ||
1 (14 oz) can green beans, drained | ||
1 c. noodles, cooked and drained |
Directions
- Mix melted margarine and seasoned salt. Toss with crushed Rice Chex cereal. Set aside.
- In a shallow 2-quart casserole, stir together soup, sour cream, thyme, tuna, ripe olives, green beans and cooked noodles.
- Sprinkle cereal crumb mixture over top.
- Bake in a 350-degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until lightly browned and edges are bubbly.
