    ½ c. Hy-Vee dried mixed berries
    ½ c. Good Graces organic gluten free coconut sugar
    ½ c. coconut oil
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee baking powder
    2 Hy-Vee large eggs
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. In large bowl, combine almond flour, dried berries, coconut sugar, coconut oil, baking powder, eggs, salt, and vanilla; mix well. Roll into 1-inch balls and lightly flatten on cookie sheets.

    3. Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes before removing to cooling racks.
