Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl, combine almond flour, dried berries, coconut sugar, coconut oil, baking powder, eggs, salt, and vanilla; mix well. Roll into 1-inch balls and lightly flatten on cookie sheets.
Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes before removing to cooling racks.
