4 (3/4 pound each) halibut steaks |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon pepper and salt. Stir well.
- Place fish on a greased baking sheet. Brush half of lemon pepper mixture over steaks.
- Bake for 5 minutes. Turn fish and brush with remaining lemon pepper mixture.
- Bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
