4 (4 oz each) salmon fillets | ||

Directions
- Preheat broiler.
- In a small bowl, stir together vinegar, brown sugar and orange juice.
- Place salmon fillets on a greased baking sheet. Brush evenly with vinegar mixture.
- Broil 10 minutes, basting with vinegar mixture halfway through cooking time.
- Season with salt to taste.
