1 tsp. Hy-Vee reduced-sodium soy sauce | ||

Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste | ||
4 (5 oz each) salmon fillets |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Combine vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, dry mustard, salt and black pepper.
- Place salmon fillets in a greased 8-by-8-inch baking dish.
- Pour vinegar mixture evenly over each salmon fillet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
