Directions
Preheat a charcoal or gas grill with a greased grill rack for direct cooking over medium heat (350 degrees). Grill burgers for 15 to 18 minutes or burgers reach 165 degrees, turning halfway through. Meanwhile, remove and discard rind from brie cheese; thinly slice the cheese.
