    1 (16 oz) pkg That's Smart extra wide egg noodles
    1 lbs. pork sausage
    ½ lbs. lean ground beef
    ½ c. finely chopped onion
    ½ lbs. Hy-Vee Smooth ‘n’ Cheesy, diced
    1 (10.5 oz) can Hy-Vee Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
    ½ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream
    ½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee tomato paste
    Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste

    Directions

    1. Prepare egg noodles according to package directions; drain.
    2. Cook sausage, ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat; drain. Return to skillet.
    3. Reduce heat to low. Add cheese, soup, sour cream, milk and tomato paste; stir until cheese is melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in cooked noodles. Pour into a greased 13-by-9-inch baking pan.
    4. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
