1 lbs. pork sausage | ||
½ lbs. lean ground beef | ||
½ c. finely chopped onion | ||
½ lbs. Hy-Vee Smooth ‘n’ Cheesy, diced | ||
1 (10.5 oz) can Hy-Vee Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee light sour cream | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee tomato paste | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste |
Directions
- Prepare egg noodles according to package directions; drain.
- Cook sausage, ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat; drain. Return to skillet.
- Reduce heat to low. Add cheese, soup, sour cream, milk and tomato paste; stir until cheese is melted. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Stir in cooked noodles. Pour into a greased 13-by-9-inch baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until bubbly.
