1 (10.5 oz) can cream of mushroom soup | ||

4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped | ||
1 (8 oz) can sliced water chestnuts | ||
2 tbsp. lemon juice | ||
1 tsp. salt | ||
cornflakes or potato chips, crushed |
Directions
- Combine chicken (or turkey), cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, salad dressing, celery, hard-boiled eggs, water chestnuts, lemon juice and salt.
- Place in 9-by-13-inch pan. Top with crushed cornflakes or potato chips.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
