2 ¼ lbs. boneless pork loin | ||

1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee all-purpose flour |
Directions
- Place pork loin in a 4-1/2-quart slow cooker. Pour in cider. Sprinkle pork loin with pumpkin pie spice. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 hours.
- Remove 1 cup juice from slow cooker. Place in a small saucepan. Whisk in flour. Bring to a simmer over medium heat. Simmer for 2 to 3 minute or until desired consistency.
- Slice pork loin in half. Slice one half into slices. Serve with sauce.
- Allow the other half to cool slightly and shred. Refrigerate shredded pork to use in Speedy BBQ Pork Sandwiches.
