Do-Ahead Chive-and-Onion Mashed Potatoes

2 lbs. Hy-Vee russet potatoes, (about 6 medium) peeled, cooked and mashed | ||
4 oz. light chive and onion cream cheese | ||
⅓ c. reduced-fat sour cream | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee skim milk | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic powder | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt |
Directions
- Combine mashed potatoes, cream cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder and salt in large bowl; mash to desired consistency.
- Spoon into a greased baking dish. Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
- Cover and bake in a 350-degree oven for 45 minutes or until hot. Stir potatoes before serving.
