3 tbsp. packed dark brown sugar | ||
4 tsp. Chinese-style hot mustard or Dijon mustard | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee soy sauce | ||
1 tsp. rice vinegar | ||
4 (4 oz each) salmon fillets |
Directions
- Preheat grill.
- Combine brown sugar, mustard and soy sauce in small bowl; whisk until blended. Reserve 1 tablespoon of mixture in separate bowl.
- Stir rice vinegar into reserved mixture. Set aside.
- Place salmon skin-side-down on greased grill rack and brush glaze over fillets. Repeat glazing while grilling for 8 to 10 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with rice vinegar mixture drizzled over top.
