2 c. pre-cooked rice | ||
1 ½ tsp. cinnamon | ||
1 tbsp. vanilla extract | ||
1 c. raisins | ||
½ c. slivered almonds, optional | ||
3 to 4 c. soy milk |
Directions
- Mix cooked rice, cinnamon, vanilla, raisins, almonds and soy milk together in a saucepan. Simmer until the mixture begins to thicken, 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove pan from heat.
- Serve hot or refrigerate to serve cold.
