2 c. milk | ||
¼ tsp. salt | ||
⅓ c. sugar | ||
1 tbsp. margarine or butter, softened | ||
2 eggs, well beaten | ||
½ tsp. gluten-free vanilla | ||
¼ c. raisins, optional | ||
nutmeg |
Directions
- Combine brown rice, white rice, milk, salt, sugar, margarine, eggs, vanilla and raisins.
- Place in buttered baking dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
