Open-Face Turkey and Cheese Sandwiches

8 oz. Di Lusso reduced-sodium turkey breast | ||
4 tomato slices | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee light Italian dressing | ||
4 slice(s) Sargento reduced-sodium Colby-Jack cheese |
Directions
- Place bread on a baking sheet. Broil bread until lightly toasted on both sides, about 1 minute per side.
- Place turkey and tomatoes in a shallow bowl. Drizzle with Italian dressing and gently toss to coat.
- Place 1 slice of tomato on each slice of bread and top each with turkey and a slice of cheese.
- Return to broiler and broil until cheese is melted and bubbly, about 2 minutes.
