1 (15 oz) can sloppy joe mix | ||
8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Spray a round pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Combine hash browns, egg, soup, salt and pepper. Spread on prepared pan.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Meanwhile, brown ground beef and onion. Drain. Add sloppy joe mix and simmer.
- Spread two-thirds of cheese on crust. Cover with Sloppy Joe mixture and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake 5 minutes.
