Directions
- Place ground beef in a 1-pint microwave-safe container. Break up beef with a fork.
- Cook for 1 minute (in a 700-watt microwave oven) or for 42 seconds (in a 1000-watt microwave oven) at 100% power. Beef will still be pink. Mix well with fork until pink color is gone.
- Add onion, ketchup, mustard, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well with rubber spatula.
- Cover container with a paper towel.
- Cook for 1 minute in a 700-watt microwave oven or for 42 seconds in a 1000-watt microwave oven - at 100% power. Set aside.
- Slice off the top portion of the roll and set top aside.
- Press down inside of the roll with a small spoon to form a hollow.
- Fill hollow with meat filling.
- Cover with sliced-off crust.
