3 tbsp. Hy-Vee cider vinegar
3 tbsp. Hy-Vee brown sugar
1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt
1 (6 oz) bag Dole baby spinach
2 South African seedless oranges, peeled and segmented
¼ c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries
½ c. coarsely chopped Hy-Vee honey-roasted almonds

Directions

  1. Whisk together oil, vinegar, brown sugar and salt. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, combine spinach, oranges, cranberries and almonds.
  3. Add oil mixture and toss gently to combine.
