1 (6 oz) bag Dole baby spinach | ||
2 South African seedless oranges, peeled and segmented | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee dried cranberries | ||
½ c. coarsely chopped Hy-Vee honey-roasted almonds |
Directions
- Whisk together oil, vinegar, brown sugar and salt. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, oranges, cranberries and almonds.
- Add oil mixture and toss gently to combine.
