4 (3 oz each) boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee canola oil | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee apple juice | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee apple jelly | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Dijon mustard | ||
2 c. cooked Hy-Vee long grain and wild rice | ||
4 c. chopped broccoli |
Directions
- Season chops with pepper. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; brown chops on one side.
- Turn chops; add apple juice, jelly and mustard to skillet. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 8 to 10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches at least 145 degrees. Let rest 3 minutes before serving.
- Spoon glaze over pork chops; serve with rice and broccoli.
