    1 lbs. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    2 c. pasta or 1 1/2 c. rice, optional
    1 tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (9 oz) pouch Campbell's Skillet Sauces Marsala

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
    2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
    3. Stir in Campbell's Marsala Skillet Sauce and heat to boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
    4. Cook pasta or rice according to package directions, if desired.
    5. Serve over cooked pasta or rice, if desired.
    6. Additional serving suggestion: Sizzle up a 1 pound boneless pork chops until brown on both sides. Stir in the sauce and heat to boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and cover skillet for 5 minutes or until pork is cooked through.
