2 (16 oz each) pkg frozen Hy-Vee winter mix vegetables | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee flour | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee garlic salt | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee shredded Colby jack cheese | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee skim milk |
Directions
- In a large saucepan, melt margarine over medium heat.
- Add vegetables, flour and garlic salt. Mix well.
- Reduce heat to low. Add cheese and milk. Stirring frequently, simmer 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
