Grilled Bacon and Onion Potatoes

4 piece(s) Hy-Vee precooked bacon, crumbled | ||
4 green onions, finely chopped | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter | ||
¼ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic salt | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper |
Directions
- Preheat grill.
- Microwave potatoes on HIGH for 10 minutes until tender, but still firm. Cool slightly. Cube.
- Place cubed potatoes on a large piece of foil. Top with bacon and onion. Dot with butter and season with garlic salt and black pepper.
- Tightly seal foil around the potatoes.
- Grill 25 minutes or until tender.
