    4 large russet potatoes
    4 piece(s) Hy-Vee precooked bacon, crumbled
    4 green onions, finely chopped
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter
    ¼ tsp. Hy-Vee garlic salt
    ½ tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper

    Directions

    1. Preheat grill.
    2. Microwave potatoes on HIGH for 10 minutes until tender, but still firm. Cool slightly. Cube.
    3. Place cubed potatoes on a large piece of foil. Top with bacon and onion. Dot with butter and season with garlic salt and black pepper.
    4. Tightly seal foil around the potatoes.
    5. Grill 25 minutes or until tender.
