2 lbs. B-size gold potatoes, scrubbed and halved
3 tbsp. Gustare Vita olive oil, divided
1 ½ tsp. salt-free harissa seasoning
1 tsp. kosher salt
1 minced fresh garlic
2 sprig(s) fresh thyme
1 Hy-Vee bay leaf

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Greased a rimmed baking pan with 2 Tbsp. olive oil.

  2. Place halved potatoes in a large bowl. Add remaining 1 Tbsp. olive oil, harissa seasoning, salt, garlic, thyme and bay leaf; toss to coat.

  3. Place potatoes, cut sides down, on prepared baking pan. Roast for 25 to 30 minutes or until fork-tender. Let stand for 5 minutes.

  4. Remove and discard thyme and bay leaf. Transfer to serving bowl.
