Directions
Place halved potatoes in a large bowl. Add remaining 1 Tbsp. olive oil, harissa seasoning, salt, garlic, thyme and bay leaf; toss to coat.
Place potatoes, cut sides down, on prepared baking pan. Roast for 25 to 30 minutes or until fork-tender. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Remove and discard thyme and bay leaf. Transfer to serving bowl.
